These User Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DevelUp's services, including but not limited to our training programs, placement services, and job portal features. 1. Accounts
1.1 Account Creation and Responsibility
You need an account for most activities on our platform, including purchasing and accessing content, submitting content for publication, and engaging with other users. 2. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
2.1 Payment Methods and Pricing
When making a payment on DevelUp, you agree to use a valid payment method. The prices of our services are determined based on our pricing policies, which may vary depending on factors such as course content, instructor, and promotional offers. Prices displayed on our platform are subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 Payment Authorization
By making a purchase on DevelUp, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the corresponding fees. You agree not to use invalid or unauthorised payment methods.
2.3 Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases on DevelUp. If you are not completely satisfied with a course or other content you have purchased, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds may be issued as a credit to your DevelUp account or returned to your original payment method, at our discretion.
3. Content and Behavior Rules
3.1 Lawful Use
You may only use DevelUp for lawful purposes and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using our platform to engage in any illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.
3.2 Content Posting
As a user of DevelUp, you are solely responsible for the content you post, submit, or upload to our platform. You must ensure that all content complies with our Trust & Safety Guidelines, applicable laws, and the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights. Any content that violates these rules may be removed by DevelUp, and repeated violations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

DevelUp reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or posed a risk to the safety or security of our platform or other users.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use DevelUp in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
